should a boxer be allowed to be a commisioner too when he fights?

When did I say Pacquiao demanded **** outside of the "standard" list of demands? I said that **** needs to change.
I love how you didn't even respond to the post I made back to you. Instead, you picked this one so you knew what to say.Comment

I don't understand what your beef is. Mayweather is not trying to change anything. This was just a stipulation he wanted added to the fight. Gloves sizes, ring sizes, location, weight penalties are all things discussed before a fight which can make deals fall apart. This just happened to be something out of the ordinary that made the fight collapse. Pacquiao has demanded 8 oz gloves at WW despite the fact that WW traditionally use 10 oz gloves. Guess he's trying to change the system too. The Olympic style testing was just a stipulation that essentially was a deal breaker in the negotiation process. IMO however, blood testing should be something looked into with some window in boxing however.Comment

Their purpose may be to make sure it's a fair fight, but do they really?
Guys cheat all the time.
Guys get hosed by completely horrendous scorecards.
It's known that numerous guys have been exposed cheating after the fact and gotten away with cheating for many fights (where was the commission for those fights?).
State boxing commissions are nothing but a set of bad rules, inconsistently enforced, and filled with nothing but bureauc**** leeching on the taxpayer.Comment

Whats fair about letting a boxer enter a fight juiced, beat the pulp out of a boxer, and AFTER the fight tell the loser, "Oh sorry about the beating you took, but the lose is a NC now. We're square now right?" More strenuous testing needs to be implemented.Comment
