Dude Doesn't matter Pacquiao would still be on steroids and you would still come with another explanation. Until he starts taking the test he's legacy is on hold. and yes like just like the other poster said boxing is a dirty sport and there are many different type of illegal **** out there that can help your performance. I agree. He didn't have that one punch KO that people claim for him to have and that steroids usually give (power). He weakens his opponents by punching them tons of times. (accuracy)

One cannot learn to punch accurately through PEDs Accuracy = skill.
