how the **** can you have proof when pacs not willing to test when he's ducking and hiding ? if such tests were a neccesity in boxing pacman would be a nobody

If the commission would ask Pacquiao to do random blood testing. I'm going to bet that he's going to take it.

Just because Pacquiao refused Mayweather's will does not mean that he won't have his blood tested. If it was really required, you guys won't have anything to ***** out anymore.
