so he agreed to 3 blood tests.. doesn't state random. if it was random then it would be an unlimited amount of tests at any undisclosed time. therefor Manny was meeting Mayweathers demands..

Manny Pacquiao agreed to take 3 random blood tests, but wanted to set cut-off dates which are unheard of in random drug testing.

Look am not hating on Pac or loving Mayweather trust me. Am just going by common sense. The fact that you feel this vid is bashing on Pac exposes you as a ******* because the vid indirectly puts Manny in a bad light there for you feel a sence of disrespect or feel its offensive when a boxing fan would see it as a boxer simply looking suspecious about refusing to be tested.
