It is possible that he wouldn't feel weakened, just as it is possible that he wouldn't have carried or improved the same assets such as speed or strength. Most fighters moving up several divisions rarely carry one of these assets, let alone two.Pavlik put on an extra 7 pounds (again,he didn't need to shed the weight) for the second Taylor fight, but had less effective power to a taylor that had already been ko'd.When he moved up another division beyond 167 he looked even more slow and had zilch for power.Keep in mind I am only using him as an example- Most fighters simply do not improve or carry their assets up in weight.

When he was fighting at 130 he did and that is why you can see a difference in his performance today when he doesn't cut. It's not PED's it's the fact that he is not cutting weight. Also if you look at his last opponents:

Diaz: Nope, Diaz was champ at 135

Oscar: That was Oscar's idea, it did weaken him but this is what he chose to do.

Hatton: Nope, Hatton's best weight class

Cotto: Well, 1 lbs from his last weigh in wasn't that big of a deal. It gave Cotto a big payday. And this was Pac's only catchweight fight.

As for PEDs-only Manny and his crew know this, but they will always cast doubt and su****ion as long as they refuse to do RANDOM blood tests without a cut-off date. The more times they change their stories and resist the demands, the more questions will arise to the public.Consequently, the more questions, the more doubt over how legitimate he really is.
I'll definitely agree that Manny's PR people need to be shot, they handled this terribly. All they had to say was that if Floyd wants USDA testing than he has to bring it to the NSAC for approval.

They are letting pride dictate any failures of earning more legacy, money (with a Floyd fight) and most of all honesty. If the majority of people don't hold the Mayweather's opinions as valuable or a reason to disapprove of Manny (or tarnish his reputation),then the worst Manny's chance of success in the courtroom he will have, since his resistance to certain testing and dishonesty/excuses from his team are making people cast doubts about him...not the Mayweather's expressed opinions.Again,I have looked through the legal complaints from Manny's team and nearly all of it is going to be hard to prove as accusations, not opinions.Frankly, its a big waste of his time and energy. The Pacquiao team should have focused an equal amount of time with compromise instead of resistance-they would have been 30-50 million dollars richer.
I agree somewhat, we'll have to see what the lawyers come up with.

Billy Conn was getting knocked out at lighter weight divisions, he moved up and face Joe Louis and went 13 rounds. Did he use PED's?

Matrix, what's going on, dog? Manfredy wasn't a great win but it was pretty good. Actually, real good - especially considering the manner in which it was done. Manfredy won't be going to the Hall any time soon but in his prime was a good fighter. Just watch some old fights if you get a chance, particularly the way he dismantled a prime Gatti. At the time Floyd fought him, Manfredy was considered the #1 contender at 130. And Floyd fought him in his first defense, a couple months after he'd beaten up Hernandez. How good was that win? Well, Floyd won Fighter of the Year. We know he beat Hernandez. His other two wins that year were Tony Pep and Manfredy. See what I mean? But that's neither here nor there and has little to do with the points the narrator makes here.

Also, if you have a beef with how the commission does their testing.. take it up with the commission. DONT just single out ONE boxer.
Really? I've never heard that Holy is a known roid user. I guess I'm living under a rock?

In the long run, it should be taken up with the commission but that would take months, maybe years to accomplish. If Pac has nothing to hide, why not just agree to it? It's unbelievable that this fight was canceled all because of 10 days.

Nobody is labeled guilty before innocent, but su****ion alone is a reason to hold anyone accountable to proving their innocence...just look at the law and realize that people are held in jail based on su****ions, not guilt. It is the responsibilities of those suspected of wrong-doing to prove their innocence...or at least remain suspect if there is refusal.

[QUOTE=VoodooChild;7262017]When he was fighting at 130 he did and that is why you can see a difference in his performance today when he doesn't cut. It's not PED's it's the fact that he is not cutting weight. Also if you look at his last opponents:

it should be noted that I am including CLOTTEY in his 4 fights.

Diaz: Nope, Diaz was champ at 135

Oscar: That was Oscar's idea, it did weaken him but this is what he chose to do.
So,yes,it made Oscar more vulnerable, whether he chose it or not is irrelevant,Manny's team were probably confused as to why he would shrink down at his age,yet were rubbing their hands together and drooling over this advantage-the fact is, it severely impacted him-He hadn't been at that weight for around 11 years and it was never going to be a weight he preferred. He weighed LESS than Manny on fight night and had to attempt to rehydrate himself through i.v.'s-Freddie Roach commented to Pacquiao about the "track marks" on Oscar's arms...

Hatton: Nope, Hatton's best weight class
weight was always going to be an issue with Hatton as he ballooned up massively between his fights and looked skeletal and gaunt more-so than most fighters than I have seen.To this day,Hatton says that making weight was always a problem. To those who critisize Floyd for fighting him at 147,he won on styles-if anything Hatton didn't look as ghastly in this fight as the Manny fight.

Cotto: Well, 1 lbs from his last weigh in wasn't that big of a deal. It gave Cotto a big payday. And this was Pac's only catchweight fight.
Cotto was 2 pounds under his usual. You have to go back a previous 3 years to see him moving up and complaining about how he struggled with that weight.A big payday isn't going to give you a physical advantage in the ring and Cotto was VERY resistant to defending his title at a weight he was uncomfortable with-the fight was close to being called off because of Manny being a pain with negotiations.
Now Clottey is next-they are already sliding from the 147 to 144-he barely makes 147! There is too much of a pattern here.I can mention more patterns and criteria as well with all 5 of these fighters-only people who pay attention can notice there is a major similarity between all of these people...

Yes he proved manny was on drugs during which minute?

No facts just talking about other people. It just a reiteration of every other thread posted since the fight was announced. It has some writing at the begining that Michael Phelps and Husain Bolt took this test! Wow could this be cause they are ......OLYMPIANS???

Doesn't boxing have random testing anyway??

Im not saying he is or isnt using PHD's but give proof or its just hot air, like 9/11 being a government conspiracy or Area 51 etc.

Basically anyone who says manny should take it the test, that all boxing organisations are wrong and they need to change their drug testing to olympic style testing and have the same substance bans as the olympics.
