You should note that your example doesn't prove he is or isn't using substances. It is possible to look bad at lower weights and have your abilities magnified by substance abuse and not draining weight...I think the correct stance on this issue is to not assume he is or isn't using.Play more of an observer's role instead of a supporter of someone you do not know is guilty or not.It is ok to speculate (the law uses speculation as a way to form and connect motives),but not acceptable to the law to condemn before being guilty.Su****ion is different than guilt...it allows freedom to prove your innocence or guilt...Comment

There is a link here where Schaefer states that it was part of the original contract and that Arum and team should not have acted surprised that it was. Random blood testing was known by Arum and company at the start of negotiations.
The fact is Arum never refused random blood testing, but he wanted to change the meaning and significance of random to serve his and Manny's purposes.
He suggested the use of other outside testing agencies in lieu of the NSAC.Comment

Holyfield didn't take any blood tests.
Tyson asked for random testing from the NSAC.
It's not just that he got things wrong, but that he failed to mention things or put them into context.

The fact is that once you sign something that says you've agreed to it you have to do it whether you like it or not.
Manny never signed or agreed to anything.Comment

Here's you quote:
"A proposed March 13 superfight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather has fallen through over Olympic-style drug testing. Mayweather wanted the Filipino to accept random blood testing by USADA. Pacquiao agreed to three tests, including two before their bout."
Why would Manny agree to anything if it was not in the contract?Comment
