I guess he is not the most Feared Man in any other weight class but welterweight. Guys at 154 will expose and embarrass Williams like Martinez did and he will get KOed at 160, so of course Paul will come back down to welterweight, where he will not be able to get a fight. At 6'2, it amazing Paul just doesnt stay at 154 or move up to 160, where he will find men his size, but i guess he likes getting avoided instead. Paul Williams and his Handlers have no idea what they are doing and it looks like all the Division Jumping and Bragging finally caught up with them. Heres an idea, why not rematch Martinez and take another beating

If the Pavlik fight doesn't come through, go down to 154, try to unify and be patient, your time will come. Look at Hopkins as an example. How long did he campaign at middleweight before he became a star.

agreed. 50-50 would be a terrible business move on Top Rank's part and the Williams camp knows it. If they push for this and don't agree to more sensible terms, it as good as a duck by the Williams camp. It's shame that the fighters can't just get in their and fight, and say **** you to all the back room business men.

This makes Paul look bad in my view. He at least mentioned fighting Martinez in a rematch, but why talk about going down in weight until that score is settled? I can some what understand that he doesn't want to fight Pavlik again because of being jerked around, but Martinez would probably take peanuts to fight Williams and Paul is talking about moving down from 154? And then you have Dzinziruk who has called him out. I can't defend this.

I also think that Shane Mosley would stand a good chance of beating Paul Williams because we see of how Williams can get flustered when somebody muscles him around on the inside. It's just too bad that Mosley doesn't have the confidence in himself like I do. But Mosley said in that notebook story that he would be willing to fight Paul, so if Williams doesn't follow through with his statement of going back down to Welter, I can't accuse Mosley of ducking him.

If Williams and Pavlik fought, I would still slightly favor Williams but I wouldn't totally count Pavlik out even though I don't like Pavlik.

And then you have Kirkland getting out of jail pretty soon, and he expressed interest in fighting Paul Williams. Paul is acting like if he stays above 147 nobody will fight him and that's bull****.
