They are great boxers, it's just that I added it to your logical question previously. Mosley lost twice to Forrest @ 147, then he lost to winky twice @ 154. That's why I give respect to Shane even in defeat he's man enough to accept it.

Props means "proper respect" not that he wont get any!! for winning.

If you have 5/6 fights against top caliber opposition in your!! own weight division(147) you have more chance of coming unstuck than what you do waiting for a guy to establish himself as "the best" then coming along and winning a head to head and trying to make out you are a greater fighter legacy wise because you beat him in a one off fight head to head.

I dont dispute that, it stands to reason Hatton would want the fight, biggest pay day, not a huge loss of credibility if he loses because he can say 147 is not his weight and the Collazo performance will testify to that, plus losing to "the best fighter in the world" is what is?

Dude come on. You are not going to tell me Hatton preferred the fight to be at 147 than his natural 140lbs, why would he ?

Mayweather wasn't gonna go down to 140 and Hatton honestly didn't care. We're talking about Hatton who is known to walk around at 180/ 190 lbs. It's safe to say that 147 would have been more beneficial as oppose to 140. Hatton didn't lose anything on the move up, his performance against Collazo had nothing to do with Hatton but with the opponent; Collazo. Lets also remember that Hatton himself said he was bigger and stronger then Mayweather. What should be credited is that Hatton edged Collazo, someone that most thought beat the current WBC WW Champ Berto. It goes to show how legit of a win Hatton was.

Floyd is definitely one of the skilled boxer ever laced up gloves, that's not a question but it is a fact. Apparently, talent will be useless unless you will use it and push it to the limits. Then on, you will understand yourself, in effect you will able to understand the others as well.

Ali pushed himself to fight the best, Leonard, Duran, Hagler, etc....
