That may be, but it's not in every case.

I also believe Daisuke Naito is the lineal Flyweight champ, but is not The Ring champ.

All this past weekend when they showed the various titles he's won, they haven't listed those two. At least from what I've seen.

They showed all over ESPN News:

            WBC Flyweight
            IBF Jr. Featherweight
            Ring Featherweight
            WBC Super Featherweight
            WBC Lightweight
            Ring Jr. Welterweight
            WBO Welterweight

The IBO is considered a fringe sanctioning body, though it's becoming more prominent. The international titles aren't worth much at all.
didnt say it did..but once the lineage is broken the ring belt establishes a new lineage

Daisuke Naito is the Flyweight lineal champ and the Ring has it vacant. A lot of people said that Vitaly Klitschko was not the lineal champ before he retired. Yet the Ring had him as the champ.

Nope dude, you're wrong. Pacquiao's world titles are:

                WBC Flyweight World Champion
                IBF Super Bantamweight World Champion
                Ring/Lineal Featherweight World Champion
WBC & Ring/Lineal Super Featherweight World Champion
                WBC Lightweight World Champion
                Ring/Lineal Light Welterweight World Champion
                WBO Welterweight World Champion

He also has one more Ring/Lineal title, but can't remember if it's Flyweight or Super Bantamweight.

So you saying you can lineal title strip from you? You don't have to lose it in the ring?

dont know if ur bein sarcastic but if the #1 fighter in the division fights the # 2 fighter then that will establish the lineal title.
