Cotto and Mosley had to fight to get it before Floyd retired. And since Cotto got beat, Mosley and Pacquiao have to fight before a linear champ is crowned. But Larry, you shouldn't be making a thread about Mosley not being the linear champ and not demand Floyd and Pacquiao to fight him.
