The original 8 weightclasses. Flyweight, Bantamweight, Featherweight, Lightweight, Welterweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, Heavyweight.

Pac has won lineal in Flyweight and Featherweight. Only fighter in the history to done that. If Pac beats Mosley at 147. Than he would have 3 of the original 8. Which the only fighters to accomplish are Armstrong, SRR, Fitzsimmons and that is the only on who I can think off the top of my head. Only a fighter to win a Featherweight lineal title and a WW lineal title has been Armstrong. So how can that be overrated or overvalued. I am not talking about alphabetical titles or junior/super divisions. I am talking about the real deal lineal titles in the original weightclasses. Nothing overrated or overvalued about that.
I'm old-school so I'm familiar with the original classes. That is why i posted before about the proliferation of belts with junior this and super that.

I like talking to guys like you. Thanks to your views. This website needs more fans like you.

Pacquio legacy is complete. Just because its complete it doesnt mean to say he cant continue to fight on even though he beat Cotto.
How many times does Pac have to upset the odds before he is seen to have made it, or arrived? How many times does he have to do what hes not supposed to be able to do? Because of what he continues to do, he would be favourite against PBF. Which means hes arrived in all peoples eyes.
Its complete because the Arums, Emmanuel Stewards, and the people who know about boxing have claimed Pac can be mentioned alongside SRR, and Ali already with what he has achieved now already.

But Pac wants to fight because he loves boxing, and if he faces PBF, well he faces PBF. Another fight. No big deal.

Can it be complete if you have not fought the guy who has been PERCEIVED TO BE either number one or number two during your career?

Please remember: when Floyd came back in September, a lot of people voted him #1 p4p. You or I may not agree with that. But those people have a platform.

While watching the fight, all you heard was "Great performance but can he...".

I thought that bringing Mayweather's name up constantly on Saturday night was a bit unfair to Pac. All people wanted to talk about was Floyd. It was also unfair to Miguel cause they treated him like some gatekeeper.

I know that this forum will agree that Floyd's legacy is incomplete. This website seems very anti-Mayweather. I was interested to know if you agree that people would say "what if..." or "but he didn't face Mayweather..." in the future as they talk about Pacquiao.
pac can retire right now and we'd all be satisfied w/ his legacy.... floyd on the other hand will retire a ***** if he retired again right now.

If I'm not wrong, it's next Tuesday.

So far, it's up over a mill...

Correction. They may be in by Wednesday and that link is likely a rehash of projections.
