Take away common foes and name mannys next 10 best opponents and then floyds. Not saying mannys wouldnt be better but its not by much if it is. It wouldn't be enough to surpass him in terms of ATG status because that is more based on the strength of your resume and over all body of work.....it would be like saying some up and comer can blast Pac out and rank higher than him in terms of ATG status......for an ordinary fighter Floyd's resume is good but if he is running for ATG status its very weak......he needs more wins against good fighters he wasn't favored to beat.
