A huge tidbit you left out is that Floyd is in his fourth weight class and naturally alot smaller than Cotto and Mosley. Why wont Shane or Cotto fight Paul Williams, I'll tell you why, its because you dont fight every war.

floyd is the only fighter that pac cannot beat from 147 on down..... that makes floyd well deserving of a shot... and floyd is the bigger draw, and he should get credit for the money thus fight would make, not just pacquiao....

None of this is fact, and by your logic Tyson deserves a shot at Wlad because he brings money. Bringing money doesn't make you deserving.....the TS is correct Floyd beating Jr.WWs, and SFWs who just moved up to LW doesn't really earn him a shot at a more proven fighter like Pac.......but its the fight ppl want to see so it will happen whether Floyd is deserving or not.

Sorry, but the nuthuggers are the only ones who see things from one angle only. I give credit to Floyd for his accomplishments at the lower weights. I give him immense credit for his talent and skill. What I won't do is just give him credit when he gets the biggest fight by letting everybody else in his weight class knock each other off first.

But what has Floyd done at welterweight to just give him a pass for not fighting the best there and EARNING this mega pay day against Pac? Was it bringing Hatton and JMM up in weight? Was it fighting Oscar instead of the best fighters at 147? What?
