Does he deserve Pac, do you still want the fight made.

Would you agree Floyd looked better at 130 and 135 than he does at 147? Why do you think that is? With the added weight he has sacrificed speed and power, which means he has to use his head more in the ring to win fights, its a give and take situation. Its no different than an older fighter who slows down and has to use his brain in the ring to come out with the victory, like Ali used to do, when you have to rely more on that then its not really in your best interest to think you can beat every naturally bigger, gifted, guys who've been campaigning at the same weight in which youre in youre fourth class. You have to pick your battles.Sorry, but the nuthuggers are the only ones who see things from one angle only. I give credit to Floyd for his accomplishments at the lower weights. I give him immense credit for his talent and skill. What I won't do is just give him credit when he gets the biggest fight by letting everybody else in his weight class knock each other off first.Last edited by Bhopreign; 11-17-2009, 07:48 PM.Comment

i feel the same way. floyd didnt do anything to earn a fight with pac though i wanna see them fight. i thats why i made a thread regarding who deserves a fight with pacIm of the opinion Floyd hasn't done a thing to deserve the payday a Pacquiao fight will bring. He lets other fighters do the work by knocking off each other, than takes the winner. Not very noble in my opinion. That said, I still want to see the him and Pac. Its an event regarless of whether or not Floyd is truly deserving. Would have rather seem him fight Mosley first, that would have made this fight even bigger, but Floyd passed on it.
Poll is multiple choice.
im torn between floyd and mosleyComment

Floyd CHOSE to move up, just like Pac. why is Pac taking on the best at their weight, but Floyd can't? Why can't Floyd earn his right at this weight like everybody else? If he didn't ant to fight here he shouldn't have moved up. But when you do move up and are as talented as him, reasonable people expect you to take the toughest fights.Would you agree Floyd looked better at 130 and 135 than he does at 147? Pac is fighting guys with stipulations, not to mention he isnt small like everyone wants to believe. If Floyd tried to fight Cotto at 145 you would have never heard the end of it. Pac looked the same size as Cotto if not bigger to me. Floyd moved up to get big fights, he did that with Oscar, its funny Ive never heard you mention how Floyd has tried to fight Shane in the past, youve never dogged Shane for not taking that fight, but you dog Floyd now, thats hypocritial.Floyd CHOSE to move up, just like Pac. why is Pac taking on the best at their weight, but Floyd can't?
