Jab, when was the last time the two best fighters in the world faced each other? Jones-Toney? Whitaker-Chavez? The public is demanding Mayweather-Pacman. Mosley will just have to take a back seat. There is too much money involved not to make the PBF-PacMan fight. You make a good point, but economics and fan support will make PBF-PacMan the first true superfight in many years. A fight boxing desperately needs.

By the way, who do you pick to win the fight between PBF and PacMan?

No, this thread says it would be nice to see Floyd step up and prove himself first instead of just letting everyone else in the division fight each other and than come in to fight the last man standing. It would be the same as giving the University of Kentucky a pass to the NCAA finals in basketball while every other team in the field had to battle to earn their right to a championship. UK may be great this year, but they're still going to have to prove it first. Floyd should too.

The fight should and will happen, you're right. But Floyd should have been stepping up all along is all I am saying.

I would lean towards Floyd, but nothing Manny does surprises me anymore. It will be a tough fight either way, but I think Floyd wins a close UD.

Floyd is a better opponent and more accomplished opponent than Pac has ever faced.
He would be the best name on Pac's resume.

So the man who was the P4P king before he retired all of a sudden does not deserve a shot to regain his spot on top?

Just as Pac would be on his. Difference is, one guy is fighting everybody to earn his greatness, the other is sitting back and just waiting for the last man standing. As a fan of the sport I just don't respect the second approach.

I know but I can't get over that.
