I don't feel pity for Sergio despite him having to move up in weight. I'm rooting for Paul Williams to stomp this gay model.

As a boxingfan I root for Williams as well. He has the potential to be a yank superstar and that's a position that's pretty vacant.

I heard Martinez didn't want to put his title on the line for such ****ty money, but this fight should have been at a 156 catchweight.

heck no. why a Catchweight even needed? fight at 154 or Middle

        and it's at middle

but why would a catchweight be needed?

**yeah it appears Martinez is at a disadvantage moving up to Middle

As a Williams fan, I hate to say this. But I think he killed whatever chance there is for him to get fights with Mosley, Cotto, or Floyd. I am pessimistic about those guys fighting him anyway. But the more fights that Williams takes at 160, the more those guys along with their promoters are gonna black ball him out of those divisions. Like I said, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, because I realize he was training for a Middleweight fight. But he needed that WBC title to increase his bargaining power. I just don't like this, and I feel like a lot of people do. The only thing about that is, he'd be stuck with Chavez Jr. as a mandatory. Lol. Could you imagine the slaughter that a Chavez Jr.-Williams fight would be? Hopefully a Dzinziruk-Williams scrap can take place in the near future.

I hope you are right, because if Martinez whips him then all you huggers will have to make up a pretty big excuse for his loss.

Why is Cotto fighting someone that just campained at 130 here recently? Hypocritical much?

That's the way I feel about it. Martinez was extremely leaned out at 154 so I don't think the extra weight will do anything but add power to his punches. It will be a great fight
