Police got the government backing gun so they can shoot, make a up a story perhaps and get away with it. The black folks got the government against them by default, so they're really up against a wall in these situations.

The most you can do as a black person, is "take it". This is something white people will never understand by evident that they can simply have a normal conversation with a police officer when they're pulled over and there is never the tension as though their life might just end in that moment. A black dude who starts questioning a police officer will immediately cause escalation and their goal is then hoping the black dude gives them a reason they can fire at them.

I just hate folks thinking, there is always a reason why the black person is being pulled over ALL the time and 9/10, it starts with racism. The mere fact that they live in the neighborhoods that they do and conditions is from systemic racism. White folks need to look into the mirror more often to realize just how good life is for them and appreciate it, because you could have been born on the other side.
    Well said!

I don't know if they (Bud and his passengers) told the officer before hand, I don't know if Nebraska has a duty to inform law, but this seems to be the provided justification. Gotta wait and see as more info comes out.
Thanks for the reply but from my knowledge the state of Nebraska is an open carry in vehicle without a permit state. As long as the weapon is visible. Which it was.

Therefore, this means that Crawford had every right to have an open carry weapon in his vehicle. This sounds like a civil rights violation more than anything.

That officer violated Terence Crawford's rights by ordering him out of his vehicle and subsequently shackling him for having an open carry in his vehicle without a permit. Which is legal in the state of Nebraska.

Nebraska is a constitutional carry state. Therefore, him having a visible firearm is not a reason to escalate a stop. Just ask for his permit.

How are these bad decisions? Why does Crawford have to be smarter?
Driving recklessly at 1:30am and then having a gun visible during the resulting traffic stop are going to put any police officer on guard. If that’s what happened.

Crawford just got the biggest win of his career and should be on top of the world right now. Why even put yourself in that situation? That what I mean about being smarter.

If he was. This very well could be a case of DWB.

Shoulder stop repeating this crap about the gun being visible in a constitutional carry state.

Cops don’t get to be “on guard” in a state like Nebraska. They have to simply deal with the fact the legislature made the law.

What situation did he put himself in? He’s allowed to drive at 1:30 am dude geez. He’s allowed to carry a gun. How can one be smarter in this situation?

Saying he needs to be smarter assumes a few things. Why can’t he do all the same things every Nebraska citizen can do?

You come off as if you didn’t honestly mean it when you posted let’s see the video. All you’ve done is assume the stop was viable. The chief has called for a review.

Has it occurred to you the cops are in the wrong here?

Unlike lesser sports, in boxing the more of a thug you are, the more get you paid

I always admired how politically INcorrect boxing is

rich/famous people dont stop at lights? where you get that from? you mean thugs disobeying the laws? Floyd wouldn't have gone out late into 1 am without security to prevent this type of mishap. TBud is just a thug! Glad he got a ticket for it!
