Some of you guys are quick to call that racial profiling. It sounds to me like the cops were doing their job. If Crawford hadn't been driving recklessly, he likely wouldn't have been ticketed for it, and if the cops hadn't spotted a gun on the floor of the car, they likely wouldn't have ordered everyone out at gunpoint.
    true

people are waiting for info on this reckless driving charge, what did he do? run a red light stop sign or what

then if this cop over reacted by pulling his gun out for a simple traffic stop as u are allowed it seems to have a gun in your car in this state and im sure a trooper sees this from time to time and is aware of these laws of course

I'm not so sure about that. Remember early in his career when he broke an auto body shop mechanic's lift while taking his car back?

Boxing champ Terence "Bud" Crawford is in court facing misdemeanor charges linked to a confrontation earlier this year at a metro auto body shop.

The police released that all 4 in the car were allowed to carry legally.

I respect your opinion but from a legal standpoint the gun shouldnt have caused that reaction in Nebraska given the laws.

You are correct, Sir! I looked it up. Apparently, it is indeed legal to carry a loaded gun on the floor of one's car in Nebraska. This would suggest that the cops were out of line as it applies to ordering everyone out at gunpoint. They are some country mofos, though!

oh right did a search, bud wasnt happy with the job done it seems and didnt want to pay full whack price, im not sure u can just decide not to pay the full bill tho unless the job was really clearly bad, which maybe it was

This is something BIG I've learned over the years, how different things are in different regions here in the US- especially in decades past.

I grew up in California and taught mostly here (save for a few years in Arizona). Though it is diminishing there really has been a regional difference in this country.. For example, I talked to a history teacher from the south a couple years back, they told me about the big project they had their students do on General Lee's horse "Traveler". I was blown away; I mean outside of me never doing a project about a horse, I wouldn't spend that much time on a horse whose best noted for being ridden by a confederate general. She told me how it was expected.
