Berlanga should be humble now, but he won't. As soon as he can eat solid foods again, he'll be yelling loudly like Deontay Willder does when he's coming off of a bad, brain busting knockout loss.

Too many people bought into the idea Canelo was a huge puncher. He's not.

Who has he really stopped? He didn't put a dent in Callun Smith even though he could hit him all night. Saunders was freak injury but he never looked like Canelo could ever put him on the floor. He's a sharp puncher so can drop the likes Berlanga or Charlo but never looks like finishing them.

His big knockouts come against the likes of Khan or a shot alcoholic Kovalev.

It's time people get it out of their heads that Canelo has great power. Never has.

Anytime you break a man's face, like Canelo did to Billy Joe Saunders, or rupture a man's bicep like he did to Callum Smith', that's not a freak accident, it's because he hits hard enough to cause these things to happen. They didn't happen until Canelo hit them, right? Ok, so he's the cause of it. Caleb Plant fell to Canelo's fist, and Charlo almost ****** it up. He fought purely to survive. Most opponents move away from Canelo, so he must hit hard.

Canelo wasn't able to take out Berlanga ,while Sheeraz do it looking easy ,but lets don't forget how Bruno Surace iced another person that went the distance with Saul.
SInce Veganelo ate Plant the magic went off.

Hamzah who? Fight benavidez and rematch bivol, provided he even gets past crawford which is a very tough fight.

Sheeraz is too big for Canelo, just like Bivol and Benavidez... Canelo will only fight smaller guys the rest of his career

Yes, they will both whoop his ass. However, the only reason why he’s fighting Crawford is because of his smaller stature. If Bud was his size he would avoid him as well just like he is avoiding David Benavidez and Hamza Sheeraz.

Those BJS eye injuries are often not caused by pure punching power, it's often landing just in a weak spot when a fighter dips into it

he didnt rupture Smith's bicep at all. He just made his arm a bit swollen from hitting the same spot for 36 minutes.

If he had as much power as everyone says, then he would have a better than 61% KO ratio.

Nobody is saying he isn't a good puncher, but there was a narrative he had this monstrous power for a while, which has never been true. He's not stopped anyone for half a decade.

He never looked like he could stop a guy like John Ryder who was stopped by Nick Blackwell. Couldn't really make an impact on Berlanga and we saw what just happened to him against a real heavy hitter.

He's definitely a sharp puncher and can hurt fighters. Just him being some monstrous puncher is laughable.
