There's comes a point when you must admit your in denial.
Interestingly enough, there was a post on the history board as to whether Inoue is the greatest fighter in history from Japan, or whether its still Harada.
A point was made that there is literally no fighter out there that Inoue could beat (within reason) that would be a better name on his resume than Jofre was for Harada. But does that mean Inoue can never be greater than Harada?
This is why I think you have to mix in the eye test as well as resume. If when you watch Inoue you feel like he is better than Usyk, and can honestly explain why (without bias, deflecting, or logical fallacies) then thats a fair argument to make. However, I imagine one could make a similar argument for Usyk being better than Inoue.

Dont fall in love, he's only going to break your heart. Inoue is good, Im not saying he isnt good, but #1? He's a little man, theres that. Power is not their big suit. Mainly its speed and lots of people dont like them. Inoue can bhang, but its not big bhang.

When has he not done what he said? The only times his fights have fallen through were when his opponents (Casimero and Goodman, three times) pulled out.

Super bantamweight is already his 5th weight class and he's knocked out all 6 fighters he's faced in the division.

I dont think that logic holds up. Because a fighter is so good that they are always the favorite they can't be #1? The only way to be the best is be not so good, so people think you should lose?

I think Inoue is technically better than Harada but Harada didnt hold anything back. He took his abilities to their limits.

I don’t even like him and wouldn’t care if he lost his next fight. I just don’t agree with your logic as to why he’s not special. He clearly is a special fighter. Not unbeatable or otherworldly but definitely special.

I was about to respond with what you wrote but you beat me to it.
Anyone who calls Inoue a cherry picker is just being petty.
