Yes, it's considered Public Record. Anybody can ask to see an individual or company's earnings by law in California. Can't speak for other states, only for California. In California, your filed earnings can be obtained by any local agency or resident. Legitimate payouts and earnings have to be reported in California, Turki had to report his detailed earnings and losses when he conducted business in CA. All them boxers on that card had to file their earnings with the State.
Let’s call a spade a spade… Is Bivol “ducking” Benavidez?

so go find the upside or ppv bonus or whatever u call it for this card if its public record and report it back here that would be great for each individual guy on that list

I'd say it's doubtful. 750k was probably a career high purse for Madrimov and I can't imagine he had any leverage trying to negotiate any upside. The figures you quote, which I'm not disp\/ting, has Pitbull Cruz being paid double, so it kind of indicates the position Madrimov was in, that he probably got the best deal he could hope for.Comment

You missing the fact that he has a vested interest in making the Saudis look bad, since the Saudis are looking to compete with them now with their own boxing league and belt? And the other numbers all line up with proven reports. So you'd rather trust a guy with a LONG history of lying for personal benefit over multiple sources who have nothing in it for them in reporting numbers? And you can't think of any benefit for Sulaiman in under-representing purse numbers from Riyadh Season?
Sulaiman is gonna be collecting money from whatever the pot was for the Bivol-Beterviev. Why would he want to collect a percentage from $2.7 instead of $10 million. It's reasonable to believe that there is pride in stating a higher earning number for a fight than a lower earning number.
Who are these phantom sources for these $10 million earning figures??? These are numbers that some random guy or girl throws around and everybody runs with it. I'd sooner believe Sulaiman than a phantom figure. I don't like Sulaiman but I'll believe him over a rumor that has no source. Shoot, he might very well be lying but as of now he's the only real human putting his name to a financial figure. If Bivol or Eddie comes out and says that Bivol made $10 million, I'll definitely take their word for it.
And frankly, does it makes sense that fighters would be continuing to sign up for Riyadh Season cards, especially Canelo, if they weren't getting huge paydays? You've got a few people on the outside who are losing money because they're not getting connected making claims that boxers are being underpaid, and yet the boxers keep coming back and saying that they're earning great money. I just don't see how the logic works here in thinking that they're getting less money than others. You've got multiple reports confirming that Bivol made 5 million vs Canelo, before the Saudis really started getting involved, and Beterbiev was avoiding him since 2019. Remember Sulaiman himself was saying he refused to sanction the fight because Bivol lived in Russia... That's the guy you're trusting here. So how did the fight get made, finally, if they were making lower purses than vs other lesser fighters? Make it make sense...Comment

Turki is not in it for the money, but the promoters are because the promoters still make money and have to pay their boxers' their obligated pay. Turki is just sweetening the deal on top of what the promoter is paying his boxer. In good faith and by law, the boxer cannot do backdoor dealings with Turki behind his promoter's back.
but u are missing the point turki doesnt care how the fight does hes not in it for making money
u have no idea what turki paid to these guys as the ppv deal or bonus or whatever they call it which is widespread in boxing because its negotiated between boxer and promoter
for example for all u know turki might have said to mad or bud or whoever as part of the deal, if the event does 100k ppv buys ill pay you 100 million bonus, now that is crazy of course but you have no idea what that figure is
You're right, I don't know! All I know is what Sulaiman said, but Sulaiman would have to know to get his cut of the pie. If Bivol relinquishes the WBC title, he no longer has to pay Sulaiman a cut. But as of last fight, Sulaiman knows how much the fighters fighting for the WBC strap earned.
Now if we're to speculate that Turki is paying these guys under the table, why stop at $10 million each? Let's just roll with $100 million as you said or I'll just say $200 million, but what you and I say are as believable as those phantom sources. They're made up by faceless guys on the internet.Comment

suliclown just quoted a figure that he was told he could deduct his cut from thats all hes not some inland revenue insider with access to that info

its well known in boxing that guys get more than their listed guaranteed purses this is across the board and we have no idea what turki does in this regard just like pbc do the same thing and have been doing for years it seems
so to be definite on the guaranteed listing only is not the full storyComment

As of now, that is the only number that has been reported and that number was released around 10 days after the fight. That's just the figure for the US, not internationally. Maybe the wealthy Russians or ex Soviet folks paid for the fight in droves instead of streaming it illegally. Maybe the fight did 1million in PPV sales internationally, I wouldn't know. Anyone here from Europe know how well that fight did PPV wise??Comment
