Sorry, Devin Haney is a boring fighter and a weight bully. Don't forget an entitled spoilt brat who now resorts legal action instead of fighting. He puts a high price on himself and provides no entertainment value in return. I hope he doesn't come back.

Plus add his boring style of fighting and you got the mix he got with fans. And may I add he was a weight bully who could never knock a person out.
I don’t think he was done wrong in his fight with Ryan. He got his azzz kicked plain and simple. If he’s going to cry and sue someone about Ryan’s PED, instead of suing Ryan, he really needs to sue the commission for allowing a PED fighter to fight.
Why test for PEDs and only catch someone after the fact. If this testing is to protect the integrity of the sport and protect the health of the fighters then why find out who’s dirty until after the fight.
Regardless of all that went wrong for Haney in this fight I think he deserves a huge portion of the blame. If he going to cry about Ryan’s weight. Call off the fight. If he’s going to cry and sue about Ryan’s PEDs, sue and blame the commission for allowing a dirty fighter to fight.
lulz good times

Coulda , woulda , shoulda has nothing to do with it. We can only guess what might have happened or not happened if Garcia had been clean , the only fact is that he WASN'T CLEAN. It's really cut and dried. Either you honored the contract or you didn't. All of the keyboard commandos saying that Haney should just beat his ass are missing the part where if there was a rematch, Haney would be getting a significantly smaller purse because of what happened in the first fight.
I was happy to see Haney get beat up , I was hoping that the fight would go like it did , but I'm not ok with Garcia cheating just because I wanted him to win. I think that a lot of the people who are making excuses for Garcia wouldn't feel the same way if the shoe was on the other foot. If your take is that you're cool with Garcia cheating because you're a fan of his , just be honest and say that instead of making excuses about what drug he took or how much of it showed up in the piss test. Excuses that are too easy to blow holes in. Be proud of your hypocrisy.
If it was two guys fighting in the street then suing is dumb and a bytch move , but this wasn't that. This is Haney suing in his capacity as a business.
If he’s suing so it deters other fighter from fighting dirty. Then he needs to sue the commission for allowing a dirty fighter to fight. How the hell you going to have testing but only the ability to catch someone after the fact. That’s the commissions fault and the ones to blame for having a dirty fighter fight.
Plus Haney works with Conte. A serial abuser with the system. If you don’t think he’s able to input a training regime that can allow athletes to still pass any test then you are crazy. The fact this dude is still allowed to work with athletes is nuts.

This guy talks about a moral code. How many fighters cycle off P.E.D's without getting caught? How many are weight bullies? This society is too litigious as it is. Legal action opens a can of worms. Do we want fighters to get in the habit of suing each other whenever they feel wronged?

If you want a clean sport and a sport that protects fighters then it starts with the commission having a competent system that catches fighters before they step in the ring. How the hell are dirty fighters still able to fight then after find out they are dirty. How is that protecting fighters.
And how the hell is Conte still allowed to work with athletes. If you think the fighters he trains are only on water and Gatorade then you are nuts.
