So you're blaming Haney because of Conte's past and not the fighter who actually tested positive for PEDs? That's a stretch. Haney and Garcia are no scrubs, but neither of them are on the same level as Tank or Shakur, but Garcia has neve beaten a top level fighter the way he did Haney, obviously there was an advantage. If Garcia had no PEDs in his system, I would have given him is props, but he did. Would Haney had gotten a pass like Garcia seems to be getting if the situation were in reverse?

What exactly did I blame Haney of other than being unlike able? Oh the victor conte connection? Where did I lie or mislead for you to call it a stretch. When you are writing an article with a title like that you are literally leading with your chin and on this forum you are going to get clipped again and again and again.

It does not take a brain surgeon to know that nobody likes Devin Haney and his dad. You just have to spend five minutes reading a few comments and they are all going to be negative. It has nothing to do with Ryan Garcia taking steroids or not. Nobody liked Haney before that fight and nobody likes him even more after the fight. He was a boring, weight bully with an overinflated sense of self importance. His dad is an outspoken clown that everybody just loves to hate. Both of them are just simply unlikable and nothing is going to change that. Nobody really knows if he is taking anything or not (as in PEDs) but it does not matter. People just don't like the father and son combination and every time they open their mouth to get in the news again and stay relevant, it gets even worse.

Haney has never been a fan favorite type of fighter. His way of fighting never inspired or gave you a reason to want to tune in. He was always smug and had a he’s better than everyone attitude. He attitude was never of someone who the average person can relate to.

Plus add his boring style of fighting and you got the mix he got with fans. And may I add he was a weight bully who could never knock a person out.

I don’t think he was done wrong in his fight with Ryan. He got his azzz kicked plain and simple. If he’s going to cry and sue someone about Ryan’s PED, instead of suing Ryan, he really needs to sue the commission for allowing a PED fighter to fight.

Why test for PEDs and only catch someone after the fact. If this testing is to protect the integrity of the sport and protect the health of the fighters then why find out who’s dirty until after the fight.

Regardless of all that went wrong for Haney in this fight I think he deserves a huge portion of the blame. If he going to cry about Ryan’s weight. Call off the fight. If he’s going to cry and sue about Ryan’s PEDs, sue and blame the commission for allowing a dirty fighter to fight.
