Thus.... This times 100. I COULD respect the IBF for sacrificing cash (the sanctioning fees) for their rules. In this day and age of extra belts, made up divisions, and back door politics it is a step in the right direction to be sure as far as these sanctioning bodies go. (I mean, how low is that bar to clear, honestly?)
BUT.... and nothing before the but matters.... how in the name of the George Foreman's Grill do they pick these scrubs?? How is this guy almost no one has heard of before this article a #1 contender over Benavidez, Morrell, or even for that matter Mbilli? Mbilli is their 3rd rated fighter at 168 behind Scull and Shishkin? HOW? WHY???
