no he wasn’t he was outboxed….if you score round by round then leonard won….first 4 rounds quite easily , round 6,10,11 as well and 12 was razor thin which was probably a drawn round

In over five decades of watching fights, I can't remember having seen a heavyweight who looks as ugly in a boxing attire as Fury.

    Except perhaps Gabe Brown.

Boxing is about hitting and not getting hit, but I personally dislike the tactics where “not getting hit” means we get 36 minutes of two sweaty men hugging.
You know, beginning in late 93', they built an entirely new sport on that very concept.

He was literally beaten senseless in Round 9 and it's possible or even likely that, while his body recovered enough to stop weeble-wobbling across the ring, the executive functioning portion of his brain wasn't firing on all cylinders. In other words, he got busted up bad in the head. Not a good time for anyone to rely on making the absolute best decisions, even for crafty old farts like Fury.

Fury has a belief problem - has only defended his title 4 times his whole career. That's fear right there. He is great at talking and making other people believe tho...
Ya, ya, ya. Fury's a pain in the arse. I agree.

But let's be honest too. A guy who shuts out still reigning Wladimir Klitschko and goes in three times with the biggest puncher of the era is NOT going to be "afraid of" anyone else in the division.

Who? Joshua? Show me he can go 12 rounds with an in shape Ruiz.

Parker? That's his sparring partner for pete's sake.

    Just saying for balance.

All this corruption has given this clown a mouth to talk. Tipsy King is the epitome of a delusional clown.
The ref did the CORRECT THING. The ropes held him up, that is a knockdown. Just because other refs are incompetent and don't utilize this rule doesn't mean it was the wrong decision.

Wasn't a close fight at all IMO. Don't know why people think that a pawing jab from Fury outweighs several power punches from his opponents, but that should have been an easy fight to score. 1-3 to Usyk, 4-6 to Fury, 7 was close but Usyk slightly edged it, and the remaining rounds to Usyk, including a 10-8 in the 9th, which could have had more KDs called or a TKO stoppage. I would love to hear from the judge that thought Fury won, because his cards didn't resemble the fight at all. Being as generous as possible to Fury and giving him the two rounds that were at all close still leaves Usyk with the win.

He can't accept that his carefully built bubble is bursted. This self-proclaimed greatest ever was embarrassed by a total novice in his previous fight and then got completely dismantled in the 9th round by someone he call middleweight. It's doubtful he can recover from the latest embarrassment before the December rematch. For now let him keep on lying to himself and disgracing himself. I am enjoying it.
