Roy Jones Jr, Antonio Tarver and Paul Malignaggi (who also did the post-fight interview).
Mike Goldberg was calling the action, and I sincerely didn't like him one iota....

BTW, both would have been excellent Pick Em fights...

Of course you were right, and I could have won a hundred on Pascal had I bet on the simple win... Instead I went for the late KO to win 500, and of course lost my money....

I bet on Pascal by KO between rounds 9 and 11, but ProBox TV states that this is a 10-rounder... BoxRec says 12 rounds instead.

The aforementioned Andrew Golota was the first to have a chance to expose Grant. He had him out on his feet in the first round, could not finish him. Then he quit in the final round after a knockdown, even if he could still win the fight.
He was some brain, that Golota....

Neither do I, but not everybody gets caught.
Of course he was just 20 years old when he medaled in Seoul. Still, the diference in muscle is striking.

I just can't believe we're still talking about Adrien Broner. The guy has been finished for years now. He throws a punch every three rounds.

Not many remember that Golota won a medal at the Seoul 1988 Olympics. After watching the video again, one notices the huge difference in bulk, and wonders: did the juice he surely was on as a professional cause some extra problem to his mind?
Also funny to see Golota using...Last edited by Tatabanya; 05-19-2022, 03:13 AM.

Yeah, go fight Fury again but bring Vitali with you, so he can hold Fury as you punch him.

Same here.
For me, Golota was a sure bet to become an alphabet titleholder at the very least. I was shocked by his mental crumbling. He had everything to become a major player, and flushed that same "everything" into the toilet....

Remember how Thomas Hearns looked untouchable at the beginning?
Every puncher with huge reach gets caught by a good one sooner or later. I'll be curious to see how Ennis reacts when that day comes. For the moment, I'm enjoying watching him knocking people out....

Thinking about it seriously, isn't it crazy that a boxer who has beaten the likes of Postol, Prograis and Ramirez should run away when faced with a rematch with Catterall?
