This would be a waste of a fight. No sense in Garcia draining himself to make a catchweight for no belt when Garcia is the A-side, and a fight with Shakur would only devalue his brand, win or, more likely, lose.

There's no fight in either one of them unless it's a defenseless dude on his hands and knees in a parking garage (Shakur) or a dude 4" shorter than you (Cryan).

Both have been exposed. Ryan ran into Tank and literally quit in front of our eyes and Shakur is all mouth no heart.

Can you believe this guy? After his last performance; Does he actually think his fights will sell? Besides, he got nothing to bargain with. He has no fanbase, not a box office draw and doesn't put enough meat in the seats in order for King Ry to even consider such a proposition
