bashed. humiliated. bullied. dropped. hurt. bruised up. reduced to a dancing fairy throwing flimsy jabs that did 0 damage.

          nah

lineal is nothing, noone sets out to be lineal i dont think, they almost have to be reminded of it at times

ngannou needs to prove that was no fluke like it may have been & make some cash doing it

odd that he wants noone but fury again lol

a fight with AJ would have been great for both i would say but he wouldnt entertain it at all for some reason

The damage control has already worked by the looks of it tbh, mainly people throwing Fury under the bus or saying he wasnt prepared.

I dont know how its so hard for some people to just accept that HW boxing has like a thousand pros on the whole planet. Thats the talent pool that guys like Fury and Usyk are supposed to be the best of. We arent dealing with some soccer or basketball sized talent pool here. Then add to that that most of the top guys barely fight each other so a lot of guys abilities are heavily based on hype and speculation and how good they look against bums.

Even worse for the manlet divisions, like 350 registered pro boxers at 105lbs. So its not that big an accomplishment being undisputed really, same with women's divisions. Shields has to compete with only about 35 other women at 160.

Doesn't bother me one bit. I think Fury took him a tad lightly to be honest. That said, Ngannou definitely surprised everyone and good on him for taking advantage of the opportunity. Just because 1 guy did well, it hasn't been the same for many others who crossed over from MMA to boxing for a big fight.

Plus people seem to have amnesia where Ngannou mentioned in interviews that he used to train in boxing prior to going into MMA. He wasn't entirely a rookie.

And yet it's much harder to excel going from division to division at the lighter weights. For instance, it's much less likely for a former 108lber to do well at 122 than it is for a guy starting at 130-135 to do well at 147.
