If Warren was the lead promoter of AJ vs Wallin he would have signed contracts with both guys agreeing terms and conditions - including how much he would pay them and what percentage of their purses he would would retain for himself. He would also have full control of the broadcast rights for the fight.

He didn't send offers to the none Queensbury fighters on the event and he won't be paying their wages or getting his promoters cut from them.
