Read what I said about officially sanctioned fights and licenced promoters in the comment you quoted, fuckwit. You might learn something.
Literally every single fighter on this card is licensed and having a licensed fight you dumb f***.
You just continue to embarrass yourself.
Name one professional boxing match, sanctioned by the WBC, WBA, IBF, BBBofC and whoever else are involved in this show that didn’t require a licensed promoter?Comment

Because Sky bought the rights. Just like DAZN bought the rights.
Broadcast rights are separate as I’ve previously explained to you MULTIPLE TIMES.
Will the penny finally drop?

I did and it was complete nonsense. When has any professional boxing match happened ever without a licensed promoter?
Every fighter on the card is a licensed fighter having a licensed fight you complete simpleton.Comment

A network cannot buy broadcast rights from a promoter who has an exclusivity deal with another network.
Do you have any idea what contracted promoter/network exclusivity deals actually are?

And Frank Warren is not the licenced promoter of any of the main event fighters on the card we are talking about.
And it wasn't Frank Warren who sold the broadcast rights of that card to DAZN, because the broadcast rights were not his to sell. They belong to the guy who is running the show, and that guy's name is not Frank Warren.
Get it now?Last edited by kafkod; 11-27-2023, 09:59 PM.Comment

The funny thing is just the other day Warren was adamant of Joshua not being a top fighter anymore, how ironic when his opinions change about him and how he’s done at top level since DAZN got the partner deal and the fight on their platform when he was praising Joshua at the press conference making sure his Queensbury brand was right on the front of the promotion in back of everyone ?

I thought this was a Warren show though , isn’t a promoter supposed to big up the main event ?

Fighters don’t have to be signed to a promoter for them to promote them in a fight one off fight.
You really haven’t got a clue have you.
The Saudi’s sold the broadcast rights just like they selected Frank Warren to lead the promotion. Please learn to cope.Comment

They probably had some frontman, which is essentially what the Saudi’s are doing with Frank.
