Mobutu employed King like the Turki has employed Warren. Because they’re not promoters, so they need a boxing promoter to promote the show for them. It’s common sense.

Frank Warren has Joshua-Wallin and Wilder-Parker listed on his scheduled events page. Do you think he’d legally be able to do that if he wasn’t promoting them? No other Co-promoter has the full card listed. I wonder why

…That’s right because it’s Frank Warren who’s the lead promoter for the card. Get over it.
Yes, the the broadcast rights are separate because it isn't a Queensbury show.

If it was a Queensbury show then Queensbury would own the broadcast rights, not the Saudis. How many times do I have to tell you that?

And how many times do I have to tell you that Usyk vs AJ~2 wasn't a Matchroom show, which is why the broadcast rights were owned by the Saudis, not Matchroom.

Fury vs Usyk was the scheduled headline fight of the Dec 23rd card. That's the only reason Frank Warren announced the event and played a more prominent role in the early advertising/promotion. Queensbury had everything lined up and ready to go before Matchroom and the other co-promoters got involved.

That's not true. Turki Alalshikh played and is playing a much, much more prominent role in the Dec show than Mubutu played in the rumble in the jungle.

Based on the fact that the event is part of Riyadh Season and Turki is the guy who funds, organises and runs Riyadh Season.

Warren is co-promoting the event. Get over that.

The Rumble in the Jungle was part of a multi day festival funded, organised and ran my Mobutu you thick f***.

Bill Withers, James Brown etc all performed in Zaire that week.

Mobutu had far more authority and control than Turki too as he was the literal President of the country not just some government adviser.

Yet still he employed Don King to promote the event, just like Turki is employing Frank Warren. He’s the lead promoter, get over it you sad tw**.

False analogy. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia appointed Turki Alalshikh to run Riyadh season. Turki negotiated deals with the promoters of the fighters on the 23 December card. Frank Warren is just one of those promoters. They are all listed as co-promoters at BoxRec

Proven wrong so goes back to Boxrec argument.

How is it so different to the Rumble in the Jungle?

You really thought a Government Adviser was funding the event too?

Warren is the lead promoter, why else would he have the full card listed on his events page? Hearn doesn’t, PBC doesn’t. Do you really think Warren would be able to list Wilder, Joshua etc, if he wasn’t promoting their fights? You keep ducking this question.

You are the one who brought BoxRec into the discussion in the first place. Then you found it didn't prove what you thought it proved, and suddenly, BoxRec wasn't relevant any more!

Turki is funding the event from the Riyadh Season funds chest, which he has the key to.

Warren can post whatever info he wants at his own website. Stop deflecting to irrelevancies.

Are you for real? My sole point was Boxrec proves Warren is promoting the event in some capacity. Which it does. You then thought the order of the promoters meant something because you are that ****** that you didn’t realise it was f***ing alphabetical.

Turki is a government adviser, not one penny of his own money is funding the event. So you were wrong in suggesting he was funding it weren’t you?

You really think Warren could list AJ, Wilder etc on his schedule without having official legislation to do so? You’re that ****** it wouldn’t surprise me if you did tbh.
