Warren isn't funding the event.

He didn't select the venue and book it.

He didn't send offers to the none Queensbury fighters on the event and he won't be paying their wages or getting his promoters cut from them.

He won't be selling tickets or broadcasting rights for the show.

In other words .. he isn't the lead promoter of the show.

If Warren was doing the event he’d have told everyone that he employs they would be part of it . Not even the little troll Dev Sahni know. He was asked today and said it’s going to be a DAZN show and had no idea other networks like hes included in would be directly involved .

Hearn understands he has to treat Warren like a little boy now and just play along make him believe he’s actually the guy making it all happen ,that won’t last long at all ,he’s not even promoting this he’s telling everyone Joshua isn’t a top fighter anymore and that’s the main event ?

That’s a big of a joke he’s pulled so far during this event ,besides all of a sudden claiming Joshua’s not a top guy anymore .

1. He has no promotion name but Queensbury showing ( they aren’t broadcasting it nor announced it ) . And it wouldn’t matter as if it’s a co promotion DAZN has to be its first name ,they are the ones overseeing the event now .

2. He has a Dubois picture as if he’s headlining no Joshua or Wilder .

That actually says it all he literally only shows his 2 fighters on the undercard card no one else and good luck clicking tickets from there to bc that would be news to everyone right now particularly the platform it was announced for .

In boxing terminology, the lead promoter is the person who organises and funds the event, books the venue, pays the fighters on the bill, sells tickets and broadcast rights and keeps the profits from the show. Clearly, Frank Warren is not doing that with this event. It's part of the the Riyadh Season, organised and funded by the Saudi government.

BoxRec has it listed as a co-promotion between Hearn, Warren and 4 other promoters. Alphabetical order is irrelevant.

Warren and Hearn are co-promoting this event, and you know it.
