Mayweather already retired without fighting the Welter Weights so Manny can do what ever he likes. Fighters avoided by Mayweather after retiring Clottey, Berto, Quintana, Mosley, Cotto, Williams, Margarito and the rematch with De La hoya.

I disagree, I'd have to say Mayweather needs to fight at LEAST a top 10 WW in order to define his legacy, because up until he's a ***** that cherry picks his fights. When a guy who 2 years ago was fighting at 130 is fighting the best WW in the world before Mayweather does, there is NOTHING, NOTHING you can say that will not make Mayweather exactly what he is.

That is pretty contradicting I'll have to admit. But the point I want to make is it's double standards to accuse Pacquiao of ducking Floyd and give Floyd a pass for brushing off Shane's challenge regardless of how much money each guy brings to the table.
