Wouldnt it be a pretty ****ing big coincidence if the only top level HW that could beat Wilder was one of a grand total of two that hes fought?

Just look at Joshua. Bruno 2.0 was born to get hit by Wilder`s right hand.
Bruno would arguably defeat Wilder unless Wilder would get to the later rounds so using Bruno 2.0 doesn’t actually make sense , make it make sense .

Everyone has him scrambling - and he hasn't faced anyone good.

People mention grit and confidence etc... Not sure that exists anymore, he doesn't really have a desire to fight anymore. If he comes back it'll be for money or because he has nothing else to do.
When anyone says skills don’t matter in boxing it’s basically over right there and he said that awhile back .

Wilder definitely won some rounds besides the second fight ,but the win/ loss of rounds was so lopsided there was no way for him to really win without an active jab or against a less then impressive Fury the first time and he fumbled it .

Wilder needs to prove himself and these fantasy fights he’s winning is just that fantasy Im not sure these types posters realize you need to fight the fighters themselves,I mean they put Andy Ruiz on his resume after he lost to A.J and then did it with A.J as a win when Ruiz defeated him the first time ?

Fury happens to be that cvnthair.

Wilder can still beat anyone. He is deceptive. He is not technical, he is an instinctive fighter. It's in his blood to find the mark with that right hand.
No one that is impartial was surprised to see Fury go down ,Fury said himself he was going to have to get back up at some point before the trilogy fight even started . What does that actually say about Fury though ? Well not sure where the notion is he’s hard to land clean on actually came in here unless you consider his warm up fights as a great measurement, Wallins the second best technician he’s fought and he got busted up pretty good against him .

Was Wilder really that close to winning though ? I think the second fight gives that answer and he never won the actual rounds he dropped Fury in specially the 12th round in the first fight that’s how far apart the points were . The end of the day Furys got holes in defense unless you just plod there and give him to much time , Wilders 84 inch reach didn’t always let Fury off the hook but Wilder winning t those fights wasn’t close at all even with the knockdowns.

I guess it’s really where you rate Fury ? I don’t really see him as the great boxer everyone makes him out to be I believe in fact Wilder made him look like a guy who could get away with just about anything and it’s not shocking look at how many times Wilders been getting outboxed and rattled by shots way before Fury but some posters will still give Wilder number 2 spot which means they have an agenda and entirely down play A.J and Usyk because Wilder and Fury decided to just fight each other and make a self proclaimed they are the number 1 and 2 guys and ppl went along with it .

This notion that Wilder has slow feet is also not so. He generally is in on the opponent very fast for a reason. He is a puncher... he nevr has to win a round if he can catch his opponents.

It is very hard to say if Wilder is more than power, because he hasn't fought anyone to test that, other than Fury who knocked him out twice.

I agree he's got grit and that he's exciting, but would ANYONE be surprised to see him get outboxed v a C level boxer? We've seen it many times before.

Or would anyone be surprised to see him sparked out by a big puncher?

The guy is an accident waiting to happen, his power has bailed him out v C/B level boxers eventually, but that doesn't last, especially now his confidence is probably shot too.

Honestly, at this point... I wouldn't be surprised to see anyone in the top 10/15 stop him or beat him on points.
I started boxing before my parents were even born.

So as I said, if you did box, and you say all Wilder has is power: “Then idk what to say.”

ANYone in top 15 stops Wilder? Wow.

Ah, an internet tough guy. Cool.

Wilder hasn't won a round of boxing for 5+ years, so would I be surprised to see him lose? No, he's losing every fight, and has looked shakey pre-Fury until the big shot lands (or not). Now... his heart has gone too, he doesn't want to fight anymore.
