Hearn never wins purse bids, he’s too cheap.

If it was 60/40 he might aggressively bid but at 75/25 PBC are nailed on to win it. I expect a passive bid from Matchroom if Wood hasn’t already vacated beforehand.

Dubois on the 8th to compete with Benn-Eubank? Surely that’ll sell horrendously and have an opponent to match?

I think it’ll likely get moved. Would be crazy if they went head to head with that.

Might work out better for Wood if he has someone else in the corner!

So the WBA regular belt hopefully goes in the trash for good. We get Warrington/Wood for the IBF and a WBA/WBC unification between Vargas and LSC. I'm down, all that sounds like a positive tbh.

Who’s he likely to be facing? Reckon it’ll be someone at 154, or at 160?

Is the Azim fight looking likely to be Charlton or not really?

Reckon Buatsi-Pascal as the IBF are rumoured to have ordered as a final eliminator happens?

Is Galahad-Hughes anywhere near being confirmed?

Any updates on Joyce/Zach Parker/Dubois potential opponents?

Callum Smith fight on AJ undercard or more likely to be headlining on a DAZN card in the fall?

Anything you’ve got on these would be interesting to hear. Cheers for the updates as always.

                    Is this official?

Might go down to this actually

Smith will be essentially in a tune up at 160. Sky are still hoping to make the Eubank fight, back up plan is to work towards a WBO title shot at 160.

I think the Charlton fight fell through, not sure whether they’re back in negotiations. Azim vs Cheema is the long term plan I reckon.

I’d like to see it. Good test for Buatsi. Bivol is way too soon IMO. Hearn is determined and desperate to make the Bivol fight though. The pressure is on Eddie at the moment to deliver big fights for DAZN UK after losing Usyk-AJ to Sky that’s why he’s willing to cash Benn out vs Eubank Jr.

Callum’s off the AJ undercard, I think he’ll probably headline a DAZN card in Sep/Oct. Hopefully they get him out soon.

Yeah I think it’s agreed. Warrington-Wood with Hughes vs Galahad as the chief support makes perfect sense. Unsure whether they go that route though.

Haven’t got a clue tbh mate, hopefully Warren can get them some meaningful opposition.
