Is it official that Sky will have the Broadcast right? Nothing announced apart from multiple reports, but seeing guys like Tyrone Spong, and Badou Jack on the undercard I'm guessing they do?

Yeah Sky have the rights. That’s why Matchroom have pulled their fighters from the undercard.

Maybe they can negotiate a better split but it’s unlikely, plus Boxercise Ben can’t travel to the US so Wood would have to get a new cornerman if the fight landed in the US.
