    Can Masvidal beat Jake Paul?

Funny argument at work today where one coworker thinks Masvidal would chin check Jake. Honestly, most UFC fighters lack a solid chin so I wouldn’t be surprised if Jake slept him.

If he could he would have all ready. I think all UFC fighters are terrified on how Jake is sending their comrades back in body bags

He gets slept. In MMA he is a shot fighter that can’t pull the trigger. Paul would KO him easier than Woodley.

Surprised you even said that. You’re very bias towards UFC fighters.

Eh, when it comes to MMA fighters in a boxing match? not really. I said Askren would get destroyed in the first round. I did think Woodley would win though but after those fights i'm starting to give Jake a little credit. Plus Jorge is old, was not a big hitter even in 4oz gloves and although he used to have a good chin he got badly KTFO not long ago.

Masvidal at least has 1 pro boxing fight, 1 pro kickboxing fight, a childhood karate background, and all those backyard fights. It's not the same as being a dedicated full time boxer but at least he's not a guy who came from only wrestling before MMA like Woodley. He's at least used to throwing hands.

Unless they fight JC Jr, no kick freak is going to win a boxing match.

There are a lot of guys out there that would lose to Anderson Silva, not just JCC Jr.

Silva has 4 pro boxing fights on his record to go with the 46 pro MMA fights, the lifetime of Muay Thai and Taekwondo training, and 1 pro Muay Thay fight. Silva also trained and sparred only boxing for over two years after his gruesome leg injury, even when he was back in camp for MMA fights, because he didn't trust the leg in kickboxing or MMA sparring.

Silva would be favored against Jake Paul, more than likely.

I don't think so. I follow the UFC, so no bias towards boxing or vice versa. Masvidal is the UFC version of an unfocused Zab Judah (no disrespect to Zab). He's probably one of the most effective 5 minute fighters in UFC history; after 5 minutes, he has nothing. His only game plan for every one of his fights is, "I'm gunna punch the dude in the face".

Low IQ, low stamina, and smaller overall. UFC did a phenomenal job of selling a fighter with 16 losses to the casual MMA public, which they gladly ate up. He got knocked out by Usman; if you ask any smart UFC fans, we all know Usman has limited hand skills. That BMF belt crap was basically another way of saying, "I'm tough, but I can't beat anyone in the top 5". Jake isn't any good himself, but I think he washes Jorge. Dude gets hit by everything
