The WBC title shot would have little to do with arbitration, both guys can be ready for a late March/ April fight in the meantime they could be in training camps soon as the both sides said they would agree to whatever the outcome is so it’s just Fury avoiding Whyte here .

They say Tyson doesn’t want to wait but won’t be fighting until March anyway , give me a break .

20% is ridiculous, Whyte would be a HUGE reason for the fight being huge. It's time to move on from that nonsense.

The truth is everyone needs to just stop playing games. Just get on with it - and fans, stop justifying this nonsense.

The thing that sneaky team Fury is doing is using Whytes last 2 fights against him . One was a lockdown fight with no fans vs Povetkin, then the second was was something like 500 fans in attendance. What’s going to be taking into account is Whytes popularity in the U.K and PPV events where the fight is taking place in the U.K . This isn’t going to equate to 20% at all for Whyte ,it’s why Fury is stalling it and wants another easier touch before ultimately he’s forced into a Whyte fight .

          Is it? Can he?

I mean I guess anyone can have a non title bout, but they had 30 days to negotiate or purses will be called.

Not sure why any fan would even want a non title fight anyway, it wouldn't even sell enough to pay Tyson.

This is just postering again. Please don't defend it.

It's definitely nonsense. This is the biggest fight without AJ, Fury could have.

A non title fight v a no hoper won't sell anyway, Fury's contract is too big for that to happen.
I wish everyone involved would just be realistic and honest, instead of playing silly games. Pretty easy fight to make with a reasonable purse, and it'll sell huge.

Fury isn’t enthusiastic about the fight that is the only actual fact any reasonable person can figure out from this situation and yes I know reasonable posters aren’t the norm on here .

I'm a Fury fan, so don't want to say it, but even suggesting 20% is pretty much ducking imo, he's losing my respect if he's serious.

The fight is huge. Stop playing games.

Any fan that supports that, isn't really a fan, I'd say it's trolling really.

                Just get on with it
Nobody wants to see a non title bout, besides those people who are 'afraid' of Whyte.

                It's a great fight.

You talk about Tyson more than Paris does.

How can they fight in March if they can’t even start negotiating until March?

and they have 30 days to negotiate which might not happen, so then you’re looking at purse bids, which isn’t immediately on 30 days, it’s a little bit after that, so that could run well into April before they might even have a deal and a promoter via purse bids, you then need a venue and time to promote the fight, so you’re probably looking at June before they could even fight.

So let me ask you how can they agree a fight now if it might actually go purse bids which gives a third-party promoter opportunity to promote it? Unless they negotiate a deal between them which is unlikely because Whyte somehow thinks he deserves 45%.

Fury’s purse in his last fight was about 30x more than than Whyte

Whyte brings nothing to the table, no belt and Fury pretty much brings all the audience, especially international

it’s more than a fair deal
