The more I see Plant the more I think he probably outboxes Canelo

You've actually just made me miss betting points back in the good old days, it added a little fun/bragging rights to it.
Plant is a Willie Munroe Jr but taller and not as Slick. Stay away from Canelo this is his last warning.

I dont think there's any way to send points currently even though you each have a lot of em to wager.

We need to see who is actually betting against Nelo, with real money.

Pretty sure it was a much longer rant or there was another part also.

If anything I strongly suspect Canelo will have a hard time hitting Plant who is bigger, longer, more athletic and controls range extremely well.

I don't think he has feet or explosiveness too close the gap certainly not consistently. He'll just follow Plant around loading up severely telegraphed right hands at his arms like he did vs Smith or utilise a high guard and plod after him like he did Kovalev.
I just feel he is too one-paced to get to Plant on a consistent basis

When the market opens up I'll expect the odds will widen I'll have a little flutter on Plant too win on points and maybe a few quid on the draw.

Definitely not a fight I'd bet big on maybe just chuck a little £50, £100 on or something too keep it fun and its a fight I suspect most will actually bet on Canelo even if they do think Plant will take it purely because they have a great understanding of how corrupt the sport is.

If Plant does outbox him what are his chances of getting the nod seriously? I'll still put my money where my mouth is but I'll be sensible about it.

Not right now I think, I asked BPP about it a while back cos I used to give em out for the Pick Em league.... last I heard was the same as you BiG, under construction... maybe. But that was about 4 months ago or so and heard nothing since so I ain't holding my breath. Damn shame though cos I reckon we need some form of social currency and 'likes' don't really have any flexibility to em.

I’m a fan of Plant. Like you said I think he out of the guys around the weight he probably has the best chance of beating Canelo. Him and Bivol.

                  Beterbiev is somewhat tailor-made

The blueprint to beat Canelo is out there. Plant has the size and skills

Outside of a freak injury he isn't stopping Canelo.
Can he get a fair shake? I highly doubt it.

But for the record, for bragging rights I'll go out on a limb and say I pick him to outbox Canelo and quite surprisingly comfortably. It'll be competitive I'm certain but I feel Plant will be a clear winner in most peoples eyes just probably not the judges.

That sucks, hopefully they sort the points out as it made the fights a little more fun.
Sometimes even though its worthless points you'd feel a touch more invested in fights just because.

If you can send points I am happy too alternatively I'm also game for an avatar bet. Loser has to sport an avatar of the winners choice for say a week.
