Cutting Weight is a B!TCH I'm sure but you know the Rules when you signed up to do this. Put in the work to make weight or just move up to a weight you can make without the help of Diuretics

A diuretic imo is nothing major contrary to what people believe it cannot mask something. The testing involved today are top tier you cant mask anything, you can only try to mimic normal markers by manipulating them but by doing so you throw off other markers and all this is taken into account when being drug tested.

Depending on what "diuretic" it is, it can be as simple as taking supplements (every fighter does it). Fighters are idiots (I know I worked with quite a few of them) they take any supplements anyone who they deem knowledgeable about the subject tells them is good and the only question they ask is "nothing illegal in here, it wont make me fail a drug test" and the person who recommends it never says "depends" but always says "No, its safe" when that answer is 100% wrong, the answer is "DEPENDS".

Depends, because 99% of supplements are not banned substance tested meaning they do not know for sure their isnt something banned inside it in trace amounts. These companies "brands" buy from a supplier and these suppliers use large vats to process the ingredients and depending on what order they gotta fill determines whats inside those vats at any given time. So a legit supplement such as protein powder that isnt banned substances tested can infact have trace elements of a banned substance; Example the supplier prior to processing the protein in the vat they had a order for something that IS on the banned substance list and they processed that banned substance in that same vat, so now when it comes time to processes the Protein they can be cross contamination. Its the same with food, its why food labels says "may contain xyz, or this was processed in the same plant that process soy" or something similar.

To prove that fighters take any supplements without even knowing lets take a look at snac. They recently a few years back had got cited from the FDA for failure to quality check the supplement they were getting from their supplier. So their supplements can be tainted and they wont even know it becuase they dont even test it. Also mind you this is a supplement Caleb Plant, Devin Haney, MIkey Garcia, etc all take and SNAC has had athlete fail drug test before.

Heres a video of MIkey Garcia taking a Preworkout supplement and faith that he wont fail a test is the guy says "no its clean, its all stimulant free" but his supplement isnt banned substances tested either. He could have failed his drug test here and just by luck he didn't. I am not saying nothing bad about the supplement themselves they are perfectly fine for individual use but not for athletes who get drug tested.

Going into the fight I picked Berchelt to beat Valdez ruthlessly since he always looked vulnerable against so-so opposition. Casts a lot of doubt on whether or not he was clean for that fight.
