On first viewing I thought it was a clear robbery.

But when I sat down and watched it properly, I had to a razor close win for Marquez.

It shows that you really need to rewatch fights atleast once especially close fights. Because first viewing and second viewing can be totally different.

The heat of the moment changes a lot of things.

Also, that was the one Pacquaio-Marquez fight where Pacquaio was a huge favourite and expected to destroy Marquez and finish him within 6.

That’s a common theme where the guy who isn’t supposed to have a chance does well, rounds that are close end up being seen as clear rounds to the underdog

Anyway, reality is, Pacquaio-Marquez 3 had too many close rounds to be a robbery. There’s no way Marquez won 7 rounds in clear/dominant fashion.
