I call it balls. He called upon African and Caribbean Brits to boycott the same white corporations who sponsor him. Then he doubled down on it afterwards by saying "If you think I am racist then you can go fuck yourselves"
Saying he isn't racist is not the same as calling on people to boycott business corporations.

The race or skin colour of the people who own those corporations is utterly irrelevant, btw. Money is the only thing they care about and money is the same colour whether it's in the wallet of a black person or a white person.

"But you can’t buck-break me, man, I’m chosen."

The idea of being chosen has led to many evils throughout history. Who has chosen you, Wilder?

I prefer the notion that all men are created equal.

Don't say that. Deontay Wilder is just fine. He is very spiritual and is at a great state of mind right now. He is healthy and both physically and emotionally relaxed. So he is too blessed to be stressed. Moreover, he is spending time with the ones he love. He has eight beautiful children and a lovely wife who love him so what more does a man needs to be happy?

I think Wilder means well but doesn't have the same intellect that Ali had. His heart is in the right place but his bravado comes off as arrogant, self centered and delusional. For one Ali had loads of talent in the ring. Two when Ali loss his first fight with Frazier while he felt he beat up Frazier he took his loss with grace and didn't go off firing folks. Three, in the end the world loved Ali because he was known to the world. I am not sure that the world knows of Wilder. I wish Wilder wins this fight with Fury but finds another way to promote himself. Someone on his team needs to be honest with him.

Wilder is always comparing himself with Ali. This is not the first time this. Sometimes he compares himself to Mike Tyson. Where do you think the name bronze bomber was ripped off from? Some old champion not worth mentioning. To me Wilder is similar to a Max Baer, tall with a right hand and not much else. But if I was him I’d call myself Ali and Louis while claiming I’d KO Iron Mike easily too

WTF is he even talking about? Ali was taking a stand against being drafted to go to war ffs. What is he taking a stand against? Talking to the press? I don't get it.

Anybody taking a stand for equality is a good thing. Wilder doing what he can for the progression of African Americans is great, the more voices the better.

But saying dumb chit like racism is why Tyson Fury beat me and I only lost because of white privilege is not going to get anybody anywhere and just makes Wilder sound like a fkking idiot.

Some of these triggered overly emotional African Americans need to fight the battle where there is a battle and not try to se them where they ain't.
