        Why would that happen when it is already known that Shane Mosley is recognized as #1 at 147?

                No I don't, because it has always been the criteria of the Ring to have the #1 involved to fill a vacancy. And with Mosley being with Golden Boy on top of that? No offense dude, but use some common sense about that.
