As for Pac making history or a chance to make history...I dont like the fact that challenger (Pac) regulated the weight of a fight while the Champion had no say.
That to me, is not how history is made, he had the rules bent to what he felt could benefit him to make history.

Although I do agree with half of the things you said about Cotto wanting the Pac fight, if PAC wants the belt, then fight him at 147, 2 more pounds won't hurt Manny, so why not fight him at 147 for the belt, Cotto has said if they do fight for the title at 145 he will vacate it, I guess Cotto is gonna vacate his belt and fight for the "diamond belt"
