Good for Cotto! Pac wants to be welterweight champ, then come up to 147 limit like all ther real welterweights champs do it! if you can fight DLH at 147 why cant you fight Cotto at 147?

Pacquiao can not have it both ways. He can either have the weight or the title, but not both. If the fight if for the welterweight title (limit of 147), it means than Cotto can weight up to 147, but Pacquiao wants to create a new "welterweight" division with a limit of 145. He and Roach can go f**k themselves.

Another nonsense when did Roach said that, actually he respect Cotto but only believes that Pac's fast pace will neutralize his ability after the later rounds...Cotto is very strong & great champion, no question about it...
