I agree with Cotto that Pac can't have both. I think they should fight at 147 if the title is to be at stake. If they start doing catchweight title bouts, then the weight classes themselves cease to have any meaning at all.

the name of the devision is called welterweight. which has a limit. the beginning of ww is one number after the limit of jr. welterweight. anything in between is a legit welterweight title fight period. manny's legacy is at stake and i don't blame him or cotto for their stance.
