Why didn't Hopkins get his MW title back when he beat Pavlik? Because he wanted the fight at a catch weight to have an extra advantage the same as Pac does. I think Pac is going to beat Cotto at 145 or 147 so I don't know why Pac want's to have this victory tainted like his win over DLH was by also having Cotto drain himself like DLH did. You want a WW title fight at 147, plain and simple!

If Manny is thinking legacy he should had picked Mosley or Berto and they can probably surrender to him and fight for the WW title violating the Championship Recognized rules. For Cotto is not about the Title (he was willing to vacant the title) and it's not about the money (he's willing to pay the fees if the title is on the line UP TO 147 like the WBO regulation states) it's about principles and with this he's teaching Pacman''s team, Arum and the WBO that in the sport there are still some classy straight up boxers, and their should be more boxers like Cotto to clean up the sport.

You said it right this time in at the limit and under but you forgot to add not limited to anything under 147, in this case 145 which is where Cotto is being limited to.
