Nate is just looking for a big paycheck. There were no big time "african-american" fighters in any of the divisions pac fought in. the ones that were there, would have been eaten alive by pac. can't fight something that doesn't exist, and live african-american fighters just do not exist in the lower divisions.

Williams has been fighting at Middleweight, while Margarito Welterweight...

Shane Mosley is bigger than Cotto and probably stronger, Cotto is probably him going at a push anyway.

Plus Cotto is a Top Rank fighter, hence Bob Arum would be happier to make it and probably tried to convince Pacquiao into it.
