they're ignorant thats why. if they bothered to look at Pacquiao's record they would find that he fought 3 straight black guys starting with ledwaba, agapito sanchez, & jorge eliecer julio. But according to john david jackson & soupy, they aint american black. Like only american black fighters are capable of being slick.
