WBA junior welterweight champ Andreas Kotelnik has very little respect for his June 27 challenger, Amir Khan. He is tired of people talking to him like Khan is the next big thing. He doesn't think much of Khan's talents and promises to punish him in the ring. He had a good win over Maidana in his last fight, who is better than Rees. Many thought he deserved the nod against Witter as well. He's a very skilled boxer.

At least I've heard of Khan........he's the one who got knockout in 54sec of the 1st round by an unknown!!!!

you do not have to be a big puncher to knock out khan, that much is clear as day, the prescot knock out started from a jab not some massive haymaker, also Kotelnik is been written off by alot of ppl on here but you should realy watch him, he has alot going for him, he is accurate he has a good chin good technique good reflexes excellent defence good footwork and and underestimated punch power, in his fight against witter many believe he won, he was often beating Witter to the punch and very accurate, Witter couldnt knock him out and Witter hits harder than Khan infact Witter vs Khan is a fight id like to see and witter would dominate khan and make him look very bad, Back to the khan kotelnik fight though i think khan is gona have to go back to his double act with the ref where by he he trys to moe down his opponent and the ref steps in to save the day because Kotelnik is giving this khan a lessen in boxing and being paitient, Kotelnik hasnt been fed a tew of bums and below par opponents, he has done it the hard way and the right way facing genuine competion two of which come from khans home land and both of which were world champions ok he lost one but it was by no means clear cut, Kotelnik by KO in the last half of the fight

in my eyes this silverspooned khan has nothing to bragg about.
he finaly fought someone ranked under 100 on the world scene in a spiraling down barrera and i consider it a hoaky win. no telling if this child realy has anything. the brit hype on this guy is pathetic. very similar to the canadian/U.S hype that road litziau to an early punchdrunk stage.
there realy isnt nothing there yet. sorry. i still have to see more from this child. and he's not going to be able to stay at 135 very much longer.feel this guys a hyped brit clown,like naseem will fizzle out.

Your id name suits you perfectly, especially as you appear to be blissfully unaware that this fight is for the WBA 140lb title, not 135.

that win against rees is bigger than any that khan has had or been ivilved in, kotelnik has faced much heigher calibre of opponent and has got to wher he is the hard way, not getting it handed on a silver plate
